ANNETTE KIM LEE entered the Real Estate industry in December of 2001. As a Korean-American, she has remarkably established herself here in the states as a New Jersey licensed Real Estate Associate specializing in Bergen and Hudson County. Her other areas of expertise include high end districts of Manhattan, such as The Plaza Residences in Central Park. Thus far, she has demonstrated her genuine work ethic and attained a high position in this industry.
Annette worked with Re/Max Hope Realty from December of 2001-February 2002, and moved forward to Coldwell Banker, Fort Lee South in March of 2002. She received a Bronze Award in 2002, 2003, 2013 and 2014 from The New Jersey Association of Realtors Circle of Excellence. In addition to these merits she also received a Silver Award in 2004, 2005, 2011, 2015, 2016,2017 and 2018. Her accomplishments reflect her successful career, which she decided to advance in September of 2005 when she began working with The Chen Agency.
Ms. Annette Lee has many years of experience in the highly trained sales division at Fila Cosmetic Co; Ltd. From October of 1997-December of 1998, she served as a supervisor managing and training over 100 employees. From January of 1999-March of 2000, she was promoted to supervisor of the Chanel Beauty Department, where she used her skills to manage and organize branches all over Korea. Annette Kim's marketing strategies are a reflection of her diverse ideas, which resulted in many successful product launches.
In addition to marketing, Annette also prides herself on her ability to manage public relations and her eye for design. Her self-started staging company, Annette’s Home Styling, LLC., is designed to aid her clients in the selling process by transforming their home and ensuring that it is in exceptional selling condition.
Being bilingual - English and Korean - has also been an advantage throughout the New Jersey and New York community. Needless to say, Ms. Annette Lee has defined true perseverance in the Real Estate industry, and will strive to do her best to better serve her clients. She is the key to today's success!
